My philosophy
Most organizations adopt Agile practices. Far fewer build the culture and leadership conditions that make those practices actually work.
I've spent 25+ years watching organizations implement standups, sprints, and retrospectives — while leaving the organizational structures, incentives, and decision rights unchanged. The ceremonies happen. The outcomes don't improve.
My coaching approach starts with the system, not the team. I work with leaders and practitioners together to surface the misalignments that slow delivery, build the capability to sustain change, and tie every improvement to a measurable business outcome.
